A: Actually, I don’t have all the details at the moment. If it is okay with you, I can give you a brief rundown of the event.

B: Sure, not a problem. Go ahead.

 

A: The conference should take place on a weekday in the middle of December. It will be a full-day program attended by around 200 people, and we will require lunch and dinner as well as refreshments for the duration of the event.

B: Okay. That all sounds fine apart from the date. We are undergoing a renovation until the middle of December. Would you be able to push it back to the last week of the month?

 

A: That shouldn’t be a problem, but let me confirm with my VP and get back to you.
