Dialogue

A: Hello, Mr. Mitchell. How are you today? Is it possible to talk now?

B: Yes. I have a little time now. I hope that you have gotten settled in after your visit to our offices. How was your flight?

A: It was a little long, but other than that, fine. I’m just calling to let you know how much I appreciate your team taking the time to show me around last week. It was really a pleasure to finally meet you all in person.

B: No, it was our pleasure. Feel free to come back and see us any time. Our company is pleased to do business with Red Tech Office Equipment and plans to keep it that way.

A: We are always pleased to work with you too. Also, I will send the follow-up report for my business trip by end of this week, and please let me know if you need any assistance with our products.

B: Thank you. I will be sure to call you if we need any help.

A: Well, have a nice day. I’ll talk to you soon.

B: Thank you for calling. It was nice talking with you.
