Better: I see a man standing in front of an audience and he is explaining something to the audience.

 

Original: Before this job I was researcher at the graduate school.

Better: Before my current job I was a researcher at graduate school.

 

Original: I can't earn much money when I research something on the earth.

Better: I can't earn a lot of money when I was working as a researcher.
