Original: Allow me to direct the meeting room.

Better: Allow me to direct you to the meeting.

 

Original: When we meet a very elder person, then we bow to the elder person.

Better: When we meet someone who is our elder, then we bow to the elder.

 

Original: Meet a person informally, we just shake hands and not bow to each other.

Better: When we meet someone informally, we just shake hands and we don't bow to each other.
