wind down:  in the final stages of process, gradually preparing to finish

I was a little late, so the meeting was winding down by the time I got there.

 

catch (someone) next time: meet someone at an unspecified later date

Do you mind if I catch you guys next time? I have got a lot of work to do here.

 

firm up: make plans more definite

We are going to meet and firm up the agreement a bit.

 

boardroom: a room where the people who control a company or organization meet

Is this not a boardroom? I thought there was supposed to be a meeting here.

Better: It looks like they are at the front desk.

 

Original: I'm busy for the work, is the meeting wind down meeting.

Better: I was busy, so I didn't get into the meeting untill it was winding down.

 

Original: Let's catch you next time.

Better: I'll catch you next time. or if saying goodbye to someone I'll catch you later.

 

Original: He often misses the meeting, so let's firm up the appointment.

Better: Let's firm up our schedule for next week.

 

Original: I think the space of the meeting room is not enough, so we will switch to other meeting room.

Better: I don't think this meeting room is big enough for our group, so let's switch meeting rooms and go to the other one.
