Getting the contract signed is winning half the battle. The rest of the project will be easy.

As a meeting facilitator, how can you create a positive environment for sharing ideas?

 

stand one’s ground: hold onto one’s beliefs in a disagreement. 모두가 반대하더라도, 의견을 고수하는 것.

I’m going to have to stand my ground on this issue. This is nonnegotiable.

 

against: (불리하게, 생각하는 것과) 반대로, 반대하다.
