A: What happend?

B: I was updating my software when the screen froze.

 

A: Did you try restarting it?

B: Yeah, restarting didn't help. I tried turning the pwoer off and on. No luck.

 

A: You're the second person today with that problem. I'll have a look.

B: Do you think you can fix it by the end of the day?

 

A: I'll try, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. That's actually what I was working on when you came in.

B: Ugh, When it crashed, I was working on a presentation. It has all my files.

 

A: You didn't save to the cloud?

B: That's what the updates was for!

 

A: Right... Sorry. I'll do my best.

B: That's all I can ask. Here's my card; could you call me at this number when you're done?
