Original: Before entering a new market, my company normally develops a pilot program to simulate the market and also open the better service or pilot service to customers because we want to get a reaction; we want to get customers reaction. If the the reaction is positive, then we usually keep going on, but if not, then we analyze why they don't like the service, and we are trying to find the new journey.
